On Hold Messages

On-hold Messaging creates a positive experience for your patients when they call your office, and are placed on hold. A customized message decreases perceived hold time, and educates, even entertains, the caller - all while building a positive image of your practice. Best of all, the program is maintenance-free, allowing you and your staff to focus on your priorities.

Once you enroll in the Service, a script of anywhere from four to eight minutes in length will be created and sent to you based on the specifications you provide. The service is designed to allow you to change the content of your message as often as you wish (e.g. monthly, quarterly, etc.).

Digital technology now provides a low cost, maintenance-free format for On-Hold Message Systems. All you need to do is plug it in to your current phone system and you too can be informing your patients while they are on-hold about your office hours, current events, valuable new services, etc.
